Sugar Beach Resort is located at 145 North Kihei Road. Parking is plentiful with a lot at the south entrance and a two-level garage at the north entrance. The complex consists of two six-story buildings with elevators.
Outdoor features include a pool, wading pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue area, lounge chairs on the lawn, and putting green. White sandy Sugar Beach touches the property. A/C and W/D are included in all rental units.

Food and fun near Sugar Beach Resort
Sugar Beach Resort is located between Kealia Resort and Kihei Sands. The closest restaurants are Dina’s Sandwitch on site and Isana Korean restaurant at Maui Beach Resort. Also on site is a gifts and essentials shop. ABC Store and the farmer’s market are within walking distance, and Times Supermarket is three miles to the south. Mama’s Fish House is a 30-minute drive to the north shore.
The nearest beach is Sugar Beach. Ziplining and farm tours are nearby at the Maui Tropical Plantation. Your choices for golf are Maui Nui in Kihei, Kahili and Kamehameha in Wailuku, and the Blue, Gold, and Emerald in Wailea.
Kahului Airport is eight miles away. Maalaea Harbor is a ten-minute drive north on Highways 310 and 30. Lahaina is another 25 minutes north of Maalaea Harbor. The bars at Kihei Kalama Village are 10 minutes south on South Kihei Road. The luaus at the Wailea Marriott and Grand Wailea are a 20-minute drive to the south.
